Welcome to Step & Groove. By using our website or enrolling in our classes, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Registration and Payments

• All class enrollments and memberships must be booked in advance through our website or in person.
• Full payment is required at the time of registration to confirm your spot.
• Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled class to avoid losing the session fee.

2. Class Participation

• Participants are expected to arrive on time and wear appropriate dance attire for their class.
• Step & Groove reserves the right to remove disruptive participants to maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
• Class schedules and availability may be adjusted as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

3. Performance Opportunities

Step & Groove provides opportunities for students to perform on stage. Participation is optional, and additional fees may apply for costumes or event-related expenses.

4. Liability

Step & Groove is not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur during classes or performances. Participants are encouraged to consult with a physician before starting any physical activity and to disclose any pre-existing conditions to their instructor.

5. Intellectual Property

All choreography, class materials, and content provided by Step & Groove are the intellectual property of the studio and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

6. Modifications to Terms

Step & Groove reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to future transactions.
